Irish Cream Hot Chocolate Flakes 250g

Milk hot chocolate with smooth Irish cream flavour. Real hot chocolate made from proper chocolate flakes rather than powder, from Pendragon, a small Welsh chocolate maker - part of their Parisian-style range.

250g bag – makes around 8 drinks.

How to make it

Warm a mug of milk on the hob and stir in the flakes until melted, or use a hot chocolate maker such as a Velvetiser. As a guide, use about 30g of flakes for a standard 8oz mug, and adjust to taste.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life of around 12 months – see the best-before date on the bag.

Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Salt, True Irish Cream Flavouring, Propylene Glycol, Ethanol. Milk chocolate contains cocoa solids 45% minimum, milk solids 15% minimum.

Contains MILK and SOYA. Pendragon's factory is nut-free. Suitable for vegetarians.
