We’ve turned a local Welsh speciality into home made Welsh butter fudge

Bara Brith translated to English is Speckled Bread, it was traditionally made in Welsh farmhouses by adding fruit, sugar and spices to bread dough for special occasions.

Indulgent mouth watering hand crafted home made fudge, soft smooth and creamy with delicious Biscoff flavour and topped with a crunchy Lotus biscuit.

We use Caernarfon based Coffi Dre, an award winning, locally roasted and blended coffee to create our Cappuccino fudge.

The expresso shot gives that luxurious coffee taste that any barista would be proud off, topped with a creamy frothy foam milk fudge layer just like a cappuccino and topped with coffee sprinkles!

This hand crafted fudge has all the flavours of a Bakewell Tart, our smooth and creamy fudge has cherries running through and the rich, deep flavour of frangipane finished off with a cherry on top! If you like Bakewell Tart you will love Cherry Bakewell fudge!

We make it in exactly the same way as our other fudge flavours, using Welsh butter but make it more creamy and yummy than ever we replace a quarter of the butter with decadent clotted cream which means it has that an extra rich creamy taste and texture!
