We use Caernarfon based Coffi Dre, an award winning, locally roasted and blended coffee to create our Cappuccino fudge.

Despite its “plain” appearance our home made and hand crafted clotted cream fudge still remains the best seller of all! We make it in exactly the same way as our other fudge flavours, using Welsh butter but make it more creamy and yummy than ever we replace a quarter of the butter with decadent clotted cream which means it has that an extra rich creamy taste and texture!
